Legacy Research is experiencing tremendous growth and we are in need of some serious talent to step in immediately and join our marketing operations team.

 

We’re looking for a rock-solid Marketing Operations Specialist to join our stellar team. Your role will play an integral part in supporting Legacy Research’s world-class marketing department by helping shepherd campaigns through the production process from inception through execution. As our newest teammate, you will take on the vital twin duties of proofreading and quality assurance — and so much more. You will work in a fast-paced, but rewarding environment where both accuracy AND speed are a necessity as you tackle on a daily basis a variety of detail-oriented tasks ranging from reviewing copy to testing order funnels and everything in between. Responsibilities

  • Support the Legacy Research marketing department as a key member of the marketing operations team.
  • Create and manage campaigns, order funnels, marketing assets at a deadline-driven pace to ensure they meet requirements and execute seamlessly.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing operations team with any potential drivers affecting user experience or usability.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and assist with troubleshooting any errors during the campaign set-up process.
  • Drive innovation and continually strive to streamline the overall creation process.
  • Collaborate with the Design, Copy Management, and QA team to accommodate business needs regarding the campaign creation process. 
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in campaign/project management, marketing operations, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge regarding marketing concepts, terminology, and customer journey principles.
  • Superb attention to detail and critical thinking skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Above-average reading comprehension skills and understanding of English grammar rules.
  • Highly collaborative across teams; strong communication skills are vital in this role.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred. 
  • JIRA experience is a plus.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
