MarketWise Solutions is currently hiring for a Project Manager. In this role, you will need to build strong client relationships, and help orchestrate superior implementation and adoption of the MarketWise Solutions Technology suite. You will collaborate with software engineers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to develop broad and deep knowledge of services-supported systems and become an advocate for both internal teams and client partners. 

 

The ideal candidate will be assertive, calm under pressure and comfortable working with stakeholders at various organizational levels to provide exceptional service across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Document client needs and priorities, communicate next steps and approach, and identify / escalate any obstacles to avoid missed expectations
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ultimately ensuring features, enhancements and larger scale projects are delivered timely and within scope
  • Evaluate and summarize client programs through weekly status reports and stakeholder meetings; communicating status, issues and risks effectively to client and internal stakeholders
  • Manage prioritization of client and internal requests
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional Engineering and Support teams
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about client needs and requirements
  • Identify ways to improve process/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience working in a similar technical product/project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar SaaS application
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet and/or comparable project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to accomplish goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic and positive attitude, with an ability to remain solution-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Visual acuity for reading and using the computer
  • Ability to hear
  • Ability to freely move about the office
  • Ability to use the phone/computer/keyboard/mouse/general office equipment for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate with others in order to exchange information
  • Fluency in the English language
