Baltimore-based Stansberry Research is looking for an outgoing Member Services Associate to join a team of talented, passionate employees dedicated to serving and delivering world-class support to our subscribers. The best Member Services Associates are genuinely excited to help new and existing customers. They are patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. Problem-solving comes naturally. They are poised in their ability to retain existing members and/or suggest additional services. Associates will work as valued team members to tackle phone and email queues and are confident in troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to resolve customer inquiries. Some of the more common inquiry topics include navigating the company website, general account questions, resolving billing inquiries and answering questions around promotions or existing services. The mission is to support customers’ needs in a way that promotes our Company’s excellence. This position will be on-site and based in our Baltimore HQ.
Stansberry Research, one of the largest independent financial research publishers in the US, is looking for a dynamic Social Media Strategist to help drive our social efforts to the next level. As part of the Lead Generation team, you will be responsible for organically growing and strengthening our social presence across our “core” networks (Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube), as well as expanding our reach into other social channels. The Social Media Strategist will focus on leveraging our large library of content (podcasts, videos, articles, and free reports) to organically grow our audience and create new opportunities for engagement. This role will work closely with both our Marketing and Copy teams with the multifaceted focus of bringing people into our community (driving them to conversion funnels for both our free and paid products) as well as provide information back to those teams on what content and ideas are dominating the social sphere. The ideal candidate will have an eye on the overall social media strategy and hunger for data to analyze and work with the larger Marketing team to understand the impact our social efforts are having. This role is based out of Baltimore, Maryland office with 3 days in the office.
